Sand making production line process
Stone is evenly sent to jaw crusher for coarse crushing by vibrating feeder. The first crushed stone material is sent to the finener jaw crusher for fine crushing. After crushing, the material is sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen for screening. The second crushed material meet the feeding size of sand making machine enter the sand making machine, while others do not meet the requirements of sand making machine feeding size are return to the fine jaw crusher  for recrushing. The fine material comes from sand making machine are sent to vibrating screen for screen, the sand meet the output size are sent to sand washing machine, the cleaned material is the finished product and conveyed by the belt conveyor. The unqualified sand from the sand making machine are sent to sand making machine for re-crushing. This production line eventually form two broken closed cycle.
