Fault 1: sound of metal collision
Reason: The lining plate or impeller wear parts come off.
solution: fasten the wear parts
Fault 2: excessive swing of the machine
Reason: 1. The wear parts on the impeller suffer excessive wear; 2. Oversize feeding particle size; 3. Blockage exists in the impeller channel of the sand maker.
solution: 1. Replace the wear parts of the sand maker; 2. Reduce the feeding particle size; 3. Remove obstruction
Fault 3: bearing overheat
Reason: 1. Lack of lubrication oil or dust entering; 2. Bearing failure
solution: 1. Add lubrication oil or clean the bearing; 2. Replace the bearing. 
Fault 4: oversize product particles
Reason: The V-belt is too loose.
solution: tighten the V-belt
Fault 3: excessive idling resistance
Reason: There is clogging in the sealing cover of the bearing.
solution: open the sealing cover and then clear the clogging
